Your deposit of $199 locks in the Hay Days ONLY promotional price for our Ride-The-Wild Snowmobiling Package. This package is a mixture of backcountry skills clinics and guided rides. The package will also include lodging, access to our hot tub & sauna, and other perks such as our backcountry rescue protection plan. 

 

Come Ride With Us

Once you pay the deposit, you have 3 months to plan your trip and decide which package (2, 3, 4 or 5 day package). And you will also have 3 months to pick an exact date, add people to your group, and make decisions on things like the food add-on package and whether you want to rent or bring your own sled. Basically the deposit just locks in the Hay Days discount and is the first step into you transforming this trip from a dream in to a reality.

After you pay your deposit you will have 3 months to select one of these packages. Your Deposit will be applied to whichever package you choose. 

 

We are offering a huge discount and a package deal for Hay Days only. This deal is NOT advertised on our Facebook Page. It is ONLY available for people at Hay Days, and only during Hay Days. 


 

2 Day Package (3 nights)

  • $700 (Regular $1150)

  • Additional $75 for every peak night reservation*

  • 1 skills clinic

  • 1 guided ride

  • (2 people minimum). 

 

3 Day Package (4 night)

  • $980 (Regular $1350)

  • Additional $75 for every peak night reservation*

4 Day Package  (5 night package)

  • $1300 / person $980 (Regular $1750)

Additional Add On’s. 

  • For $39 per day per person, you can upgrade to a tier one cabin. (13, 4, 7)--assuming its available. 

  • You can rent a sled, which would allow you to fly out. $299/$399 (600cc or 850cc) per day.

  • You can purchase VIP food package for $95 per day.

Important Details!

  • The deposit is $199. Must be paid at Hay Days. 

  • We only have 50 spots available. When they are full the offer will end. 

  • *Peak times are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from Jan 15th to March 15th

  • Any friends added to your group will get the same rate! If you get 2 or more friends, we’ll give you the group organizer VIP for free.  ($95 per day value)

  • You have 60 days to book the ride, get friends to join and pay the 50% deposit. 

  • Backcountry Rescue Protection–means if you get stuck, lost or if your sled breaks down, we will get you out. We have a snow cat and a ton of resources. As long as your sled is retrievable we will get it. Without this, recovery can be very expensive! 


 

If you would like to come out by yourself, we can link you up with another group or you can pay extra ($100 per night) for a private cabin. (typically we put 2-5 people in one cabin.

We try to keep skills clinic and guided groups to be 4-6 people.
